About Aaron
I joined the Serra Honda Grandville team in May 2021 and have had the opportunity to meet some incredible people and form great working relationships. I'm known amongst my colleagues for my love of comedy and calming nature. I'm a very patient person, which has helped me throughout my years of customer service experience. It allows me to work with my guests and figure out what they are looking for, regardless of the situation. I grew up in Rockford, Michigan, and attended Grand Valley State University. When it comes to my free time, golf, basketball, football, and watersports are my favorite activities. I'm a true fan of Michigan football and basketball. I also love concerts and have been to multiple music festivals over the years, including Bonnaroo in Tennessee and Firefly in Delaware. I have a real passion for helping others, and it will be an honor to work with you as we find your dream car!

Overall was a good experience dealing with Aaron. Only reason I can't give 10/10 is because there was a slight misunderstanding with paperwork that wasn't ironed out until the day I was supposed to pick up the car. Aaron made it work but I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to bring the car home on the day we planned. Would recommend Aaron to others going forward despite this.
