I have been a customer at Serra for almost 10 years. This is the first time I felt something was not quite right with the service. Conner was very professional, but I felt the service was rushed and it made me wonder if some details had been missed. I also had a warning that my tire pressure was not correct and he noted that they hadn't rotated my tires. I ended up having to come back the next day to address the warning and at that time they did remove the tires and test them to diagnose the problem. I only share this to be helpful as I'm sure Conner is an outstanding member of the team.
