Hello and welcome! As a dedicated leasing and sales consultant, I am passionate about helping people get into vehicles they are excited to drive. My approach to this work is rooted in honesty, integrity, and being knowledgeable about the automotive industry. It’s my number one goal to serve my customers empathetically, collaboratively solving problems in an upbeat way. With more than 25 years of experience in this industry, I’ve seen a lot of change, but the right way to treat customers remains the same. Originally from Grand Rapids, MI, I graduated from Caledonia High School. My wife and I are the proud parents of a son and a daughter. As a family, we enjoy boating, biking, gardening, swimming, playing board games and just being outdoors. I also enjoy golfing, cooking, and trying new dishes from different cultures. When it comes to pro sports, I root for the Detroit Lions—hoping they’ll make the Super Bowl in my lifetime! I’m proud to be “the car guy” for my friends, family, and many happy customers. very good. Dan kept me updated on the progress of scheduling, manufacturing, shipment, and arrival of my vehicle from Honda motor manufacturing. He also spent time with me explaining details of the car, protection packages and other items that a new buyer should be aware of. He was polite, respectful, and very professional. At the same time interaction with him felt easy and comfortable.

My overall experience with Dan, has been wonderful, he has made the purchasing process with Serra Honda for all three of my vehicles, weather it was a lease option of a sale a very smooth process. Very good. She showed me the cars in my price range and I narrowed it down to two. A 2021 Honda CRV and a 2023 Nisson Rogue. I finally decided on the Rogue, then my husband saw that the Rogue of that year was being recalled for major engine issues that could cause physical harm. I was not happy that I was not made aware of it. Otherwise he seemed to be great guy and did a good job helping me make that decision up to the point. I like the car I have, I just felt that the dash screen on the rogue was more intuitive and easier to find things and lest distraction on the road.
