Hi, I'm Drew Shafer, a sales and leasing consultant ready to help you find the vehicle that suits your needs, budget, and dreams! I grew up in Eaton Rapids, Michigan, and played college football at Albion. I graduated with a double major in Economics and Management and Integrated Marketing Communications. When it comes to my hobbies and interests, I enjoy playing golf and pickup basketball, along with watching NFL and college games. My favorite teams are the Detroit Lions and Michigan Wolverines. I traveled to Kansas City for the Lions opener this year, an experience I'll never forget! However, spending time with my friends and family is always the highlight of my days. The best aspect of my job is customer service. I genuinely love helping each guest with their specific needs, whatever they may be. It feels great watching them drive away in their new vehicle and, even better, earning a customer for life!

Drew was a Godsend to me on the purchase of my new Odyssey. I was trying to go through my local dealership in Traverse City, but they did not have any vans on their lot and it was going to be 2 to 4 weeks before they could get a van that they could trade for the model I wanted. I went on the Serra Honda of Grandville page, initiated contact through their chat feature, and the person in the chat guaranteed I'd have someone contact me first thing the next morning. Drew was the person that called me. He found the van I wanted (they had one similar model on their lot, but it had been sold the prior day), so a van was sent from a sister dealership over to the Grandville dealership. Drew did a good job of keeping me informed of the steps he was taking to make sure my van would be available as soon as feasible and an appointment was made to pick it up that Saturday. I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing Drew as a sales person since he is knowledgeable and is a "no nonsense" kind of guy. Thanks again for a great sales experience, Drew. I have already given my sister your name so she can buy her next vehicle from you!
