Hello and welcome! As a Sales Consultant, I’m so glad to be part of a dedicated team working hard to create great experiences for our customers. I love cars and enjoy meeting new people. My top priority is making the car buying process an enjoyable and exciting experience. I do this by approaching every new opportunity with a friendly and optimistic attitude. I’m originally from Cadillac. I enjoy following sports in my free time and root for the Detroit Lions. I also like cooking, playing golf, and traveling! When you’re ready to take that next step toward a new car, I look forward to being of service.

Eden was very rude and difficult to work with on the day we were committing to buying a Honda Civic. The Honda Civic was brand new and it had large noticeable marks on the back bumper. We were unable to rub them off by hand so we expressed our concern to Eden and instead of trying to resolve the issue immediately, she asked if those spots were going to be a deal breaker. We followed up with asking if the car could go to detail just to see if they were spots that would easily come off. She wouldn’t budge until we told her if the marks would be a deal breaker for the purchase and asked the same question multiple times rudely. I eventually had to say “yes it’s a problem because the car is brand new.” She replied with “you can’t expect cars to be perfect.” This made no sense since I was about to be paying for a BRAND NEW car. She also expressed urgency in our decision because her manager only had an hour time slot for us. Between her rude comments, pressuring us and wondering if large spots on a brand new car would be a deal breaker, we were almost ready to call off the deal. After wasting 10 minutes arguing with us (10 minutes that could have been used for that hour time slot we had) she took it to detail. The manager rubbed off the spots with spray and a rag and told us they were just hard water spots. It was such an easy fix and there was no need for the mess beforehand. The other staff members were helpful and nice. Eden nearly made us cancel the deal. This 1/10 rating is specifically for her.
