After several dismal experiences with salesmen at other dealerships it was an absolute pleasure to encounter and deal with Kim Berends. Her demeanor was immediately professional (eye contact, firm handshake, warm personality) and her sales presentation was calm and incredibly comprehensive from start to finish. She introduced us to the car we were interested in beginning with the exterior and then guided us on a very thorough tour of all of the new-fangled interior features. We especially appreciated how she took us on an introductory test drive in the parking lot, slowly showing us all of the various tools at our disposal, before taking us on a chauffeured road test drive so we could comfortably relax and witness them in action without distraction before returning to the dealership to then test drive the car on our own. The entire process of purchasing our new car from Kim was unpressured, professional, competent and comfortable. If we ever win the Lotto and can afford to buy another new car we will definitely be returning to Kim again. Meanwhile, we'll happily refer her to our friends.
