As a Sales Consultant at Serra Honda Grandville, I bring nine years of experience to help people find the right vehicle for their needs. I'm originally from Bolivia, and feel very blessed to live here in America. I'm fluent in Spanish. I hold a bachelor's degree from Davenport University. I enjoy being active and go outside jogging when the weather allows it. I also have three beautiful children. Outside of work I usually spend time with them or taking them places for their regular activities. My goal is always to provide fair, honest, and reliable service. I know that matching a vehicle to someone's lifestyle is essential, and I truly enjoy helping customers find the perfect fit, specially when it means advising a vehicle that's the right choice for their budget and long-term goals. I'm upfront, self-motivated, and always advocate for the customer, ensuring they get a vehicle that serves them well in their daily life. I believe in honest communication, taking the time to understand their needs, and providing an excellent buying experience for the customer.

Luis was wonderful. I needed a car that day or within 24 hours because my old one took a dump. Everything went so smoothly I mean everything from the moment my brother and I got there through the next morning when I picked it up. He did an excellent job explaining things to me of what I needed or would want in a car without being pushy since I’m a caregiver and I’m on the road 7 days a week and traveling on dirt roads also. Luis was awesome in my opinion.
