About Maranda
I was born and raised in Warren, Michigan. I love going hiking, fishing, and to the beach with my son. I’m also a huge fan of football and love the Packers – Go Pack! Go! My teenage son, on the other hand, didn't follow suit and is a Lions fan. Luckily I have another shot as I have a younger son at home as well. I am very excited to be working for Serra Honda Grandville. My goal is to make sure each guest receives quality service from beginning to end. Experience overall was pleasant and patient. Life was requiring me to change or get a different vehicle and Maranda has been patient and working with me the whole time through-- this wasn't a short time span either. She's been super helpful and resourceful to all of my questions and concerns until I was able to get a new vehicle.

Maranda was awesome! She had everything in place for me to test drive the Accord and put NO pressure on me. She also sent several follow up notes and emails reinforcing her willingness to help if any issues arose in the future. Subsequent to my great experience, I had a friend who had also purchased a Honda from Maranda and nothing but GOOD to say about her as well.
