Hi! Phil Price here, a service advisor who grew up in Holland, MI, and joined the incredible Serra Honda Grandville team in 2022. It’s been great working with the best customers in the business and learning more about automobiles, including the latest developments and trends. My colleagues and clients know me as an energetic, funny, and outgoing person who is always willing to help those in need. My goal is to ensure customers are confident in the service they receive; when they leave the dealership happy and satisfied, I know we’ve done our job. Outside work, I love spending my free time with family and friends. I also enjoy camping, fishing, golfing and watching Detroit Lions’ games. Overall, I’m a genuine person with excellent communication skills and pay close attention to detail.

As a first time hybrid and smart car owner, I headed to Serra Honda with a list of questions for my 5000 mile service. Phil introduced himself. He professional and personable. He listened to each of my questions and answered them by walking me through the settings and scenarios I came up with. He checked on a couple things to make certain he was giving current information. And he gave me his card and offered further assistance for any future questions. I felt listened to and helped. He’s a good teacher!
