Phil was trying to be a great salesman. Didn't work on me. Phil came out with an ungodly ridiculous price of "repairs" I needed. Well I took my Honda to a different dealership after Phil said that and the next dealership looked for free and showed me pictures of what Phil claimed was wrong and it showed nothing wrong. This dealership is a scam.
